From the Human Resources department, we take care to guarantee stable and quality employment, with growth and promotion opportunities for its employees.

In 2018, the workforce of GRI Renewable Industries comprised of 3,530 (direct) professionals and 100 external (indirect) collaborators.

Health and Safety


To GRI Renewable Industries, the Health and Safety of our employees is key, and is always present in the decision-making process and in the development of work plans focused on the constant improvement of safety and working conditions in all production centres.

We make the health and well-being of all our workers a priority. Our integrated management system (IMS) is based on the international standard OHSAS 18001, and in 2018 we will begin migration to the new ISO 45001 standard

The new GRI Towers Seville plant has been incorporated to the IPRL index this year, this plant being a manufacturing facility for high-quality and demanding products to meet the needs of the Off-Shore market.

GRI Renewable Industries performs continuous tracking of indicators related to accident rates, these being totally integrated within the IPRL structure. These indices relate to internal workers as well as to subcontractors or tem

One of GRI Renewable Industries’ priorities is to support local development in the areas we have a presence. For this reason, collaboration agreements have been defined with nonprofit organizations with whom we carried out corporate and local activities.
