Madrid, February 10th, 2015<\/strong>-. Iraeta, GRI Renewable Industries\u2019 wind flange industrial division, has recently manufactured its first wind flange in its new factory in Pernambuco, Brazil.<\/p>\n

Iraeta Group is specialized in wind flange manufacturing for different sectors, such as the wind, petrochemical, O&G industry, nuclear or construction, among others. In addition to flanges, the company complements its activity in the wind sector with other components such as door-frames or foundations.<\/p>\n

This new plant in Brazil represents an investment of over 70 million reales for the construction of 6,500 m2 of buildings that are located on an area of 100,000 m2. In addition the facility has the machinery needed for manufacturing flanges up to 5.5 meters in diameter and an internal laboratory, which is certified according to ISO 17025 to ensure that products meet the highest quality standars.<\/p>\n

The plant expects to reach its rated capacity next 1st of April of this year, with an annual production capacity of 6,000 flanges and mainly supplying wind flange diameters up to 5.5 meters, just like the one manufactured last 3rd of February.<\/p>\n

Madrid, 10 de Fevereiro de 2015<\/strong> – Iraeta, divis\u00e3o industrial de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de flanges da GRI Renewable Industries, fabricou, no passado dia 3 de Fevereiro, o primeiro flange e\u00f3lico na sua nova unidade de Pernambuco, no Brasil.<\/p>\n

O grupo Iraeta \u00e9 especialista na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de flanges para diversos sectores, dos quais podemos destacar o e\u00f3lico, petroqu\u00edmico, O&G, nuclear e constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Dentro do sector e\u00f3lico, para al\u00e9m dos flanges, a empresa complementa a sua atividade com outros componentes, tais como aros de porta e an\u00e9is de funda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Foram investidos, nesta nova unidade do Brasil, mais de 70 Milh\u00f5es de Reais. Os edif\u00edcios da f\u00e1brica ocupam uma \u00e1rea de 6.500 m2 num total de 100.000 m2 de superf\u00edcie. As instala\u00e7\u00f5es contemplam os equipamentos necess\u00e1rios para a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de flanges at\u00e9 5,5m de di\u00e2metro e um laborat\u00f3rio interno, que ser\u00e1 certificado segundo a norma ISSO 17025, para assegurar que os produtos alcan\u00e7am os maiores padr\u00f5es de qualidade.<\/p>\n

A f\u00e1brica espera alcan\u00e7ar a capacidade nominal, j\u00e1 a partir do dia um de Abril, sendo a sua capacidade anual de 6.000 flanges. Nesta unidade, ser\u00e3o produzidos, principalmente, flanges e\u00f3licos com di\u00e2metro at\u00e9 5,5 metros.<\/p>\n
