Responsible environmental management is one of the core values of GRI Renewable Industries and a cross‑cutting element of the company’s strategy. Decarbonisation and the circular economy are the two key pillars driving the transformation of its industrial processes, promoting the efficient use of resources—such as energy and materials—and a progressive reduction of the environmental impact of its operations.

GRI Renewable Industries’ environmental commitment is implemented through the deployment and maintenance of an Environmental Management System certified in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard, providing a structured framework for continuous improvement of environmental performance. In 2025more than 90% of the Group’s manufacturing sites were certified under ISO 14001, reflecting the systematic integration of environmental criteria into operational management and industrial decision‑making.

Carbon Neutral Plan 2030-2050

For GRI Renewable Industries, being a low-carbon company implies being part of an important commitment to climate change, assuming a series of actions that promote and contribute to mitigate our impact. For this reason, we defined and approved the "Carbon Neutral 2030/50 Plan" and incorporated it into the company's decision-making, business strategy, management and performance.

GRI Renewable Industries promotes positive social impact projects in collaboration with strategic partners, focused on generating verifiable social benefits and reinforcing its commitment both to the Group’s people and to the communities in which it operates. Collaborating entities

Commitment and Responsibility to Generate Value

Strengthening the Internal Control Framework in 2025

Since 2015, GRI Renewable Industries has maintained a strong commitment to excellence in management and transparency, implementing a General Internal Control Framework based on the COSO methodology. This framework includes a corporate policy, a specialized committee, and robust structures of key controls both at the entity level (ELC) and process level, ensuring risk mitigation and the reliability of financial information.

During 2025, we have taken a significant step in the evolution of this model through a comprehensive update of various critical processes and the implementation of E-Learning programs designed to reinforce the proper application of these processes across the organization. These digital trainings provide our teams with practical tools and up-to-date knowledge, fostering a stronger and more sustainable internal control culture.

Additionally, a Corporate GRI Repository has been implemented, consolidating all regulatory, documentary, and operational information of GRI into a single access point. This centralized repository ensures the availability, traceability, and consistency of content, facilitating consultation and compliance with internal standards by all areas.
