On August 14, 2026, the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion approved the granting of IA360 funding aimed at fostering business innovation through the experimental development and application of artificial intelligence, under procedure code IG408M. The SEGA PP project is one of the projects approved under this call and is led by GRI TOWERS GALICIA S.L.
The INTELLIGENT GLOBAL BUSINESS APPLICATION FOR PRODUCTION PLANNING (SEGA PP) project aims to develop a cognitive tool for advanced, multi-layer and multi-factory production planning of large-volume, heavy wind towers manufactured in series, based on ML/DL models and generative AI.
This project has the following main objectives:
- The development of a comprehensive, end-to-end production planning tool for manufacturing areas.
- Operational excellence in machine-to-section allocation and the specific sequence for each machine.
- The development of intelligent sequencing logic models.
