The main objective of the project is to develop a new generation of advanced technological solutions for the internal structural elements of state-of-the-art wind superstructures based on the introduction in the sector of new materials and joining technologies, modularization of elements, additive manufacturing techniques, and design and assembly methodologies. To this end, various lines of research are addressed, including new materials, manufacturing processes, and solutions for design, calculation, and assembly.
CDTI Innovation has agreed to grant funding to GRI R&D Engineering S.L. for the development of the R&D Project “New advanced solutions of internal structural elements for wind superstructures (ADVANCEINT)”.
The project will be developed in Madrid and is expected to last 28 months (September 2022 – June 2024). This project is co-financed by CDTI Innovation and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
